What are the shipping rates? 

USA - $4.95
International - $9.95

Please note: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not take responsibility for any custom or import duties.

What are the payment options?

We accept PayPal and Credit Cards.

Please note: If paying with an e-check through Paypal, payment must clear before item is produced and shipped.

How long does it takes?

Your order will be sent out typically within 3-5 business days of ordering (all items are made on demand, so they can't be shipped out immediately).

Shipping time is usually additional 2-5 business days for USA and 10-20 business days for International orders. Please understand that these are just estimates and not guarantees. Since every item is made on demand, delays can happen. For international orders, it also depends on how long your item gets held in customs when it enters your country.

Can I have a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive notification and tracking information when your order has shipped.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after I ordered, What happened?

Our emails are automatically sent when you place an order. If you don't see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please click here to contact us.

Damaged items?

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time! 

What is your return policy?

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 30 days.

If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement, a refund will be provided. Unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check size chart before you make an order.  

To return your product, you should please contact us at customercare@justturtles.com and we will guide you about the next step.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

What is your refund policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

What if I made a mistake, can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been submitted, it is held for 24 hours. During that 24 hours hold you can cancel or change the order. After the hold has expired the order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or drop us an email at customercare@justturtles.com

  1. Check the sizing charts! We want you to be happy with your apparel when it arrives.
  2. Shipping is NOT guaranteed by a specific date, but we do our best to get your order out as quick as we can.
  3. If there is a problem with your item, please get in touch and we will work it out! :)
  4. Please remember, designs are shown as computer mock-ups. Designs are back-lit by your monitor, actual colors and placement may vary.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer service. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
