What we collect
If you join the letter, your email address and the date you joined. If you submit a listing, the details you type into the form and your email so we can ask a question. If you buy the Setup Guide, the payment is handled by Stripe, who tell us your email and what you bought; we never see your card.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (your IP address, the pages you asked for, your browser) for a short time to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics that follow you to other sites.
What we do with it
Emails on the list get the letter and nothing else. We do not sell or share the list. Listing submissions are published as a name, place, website and short note once we have checked them; your email is not published.
Affiliate links
Shop links go to Amazon and other retailers who may set their own cookies and pay us a commission. See the affiliate disclosure.
Leaving
Every letter has an unsubscribe link. To have your email or a listing removed, write to hello@justturtles.com and we will do it within a week.
